Sebuah studi menyebutkan jika gejala stres banyak muncul di kalangan pekerja kantoran pada hari Senin sekitar pukul 08.00-09.00. Yang lebih mengkhawatirkan sekitar jam tersebut serangan jantung di kantor atau di tempat kerja pun mengalami peningkatan.
