Qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Organizes and facilitates the annual strategic planning process for Kuta Angel Hotel
• Analyzes financials to drive revenues, future profitability, and maximum return on investment
• Participates and monitors monthly inventory of supplies and equipment. Ensures the purchases made are within the budget
• Coordinates and implements sales and marketing activities of the property
• Ensures that all guest related issues are solved in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives
• Manages employee personnel forms, including hiring, performance evaluations, payroll and benefits related information
• Serves as "Manager on Duty",which provides back-up duties as needed at the hotel to ensure the optimum operation of the property

Qualifications

• 3+ years of current Hotel GM experience
• Preferably with at least a diploma in Hospitality Management and Tourism
• Experience opening new properties
• Expertise in recruiting, selecting and developing strong team members
• Success in building relationship with field and corporate leadership and support partners
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Offices, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to exercise creativity, adaptability and innovative
