Tapi bila anda memang terpaksa membawa si kecil jangan lupa untuk memperhatikan hal-hal berikut ini.

1. Jangan lupa minta izin terlebih dahulu kepada atasan sebelum membawa anak ke kantor.

Ada yang memberi alasan yang masuk akal dan memang bisa diterima oleh bos seperti karena kecelakaan, anak yang tiba-tiba sakit dan harus berobat dulu ke dokter, jembatan yang putus karena banjir yang sangat lebat semalaman atau ban bocor ditengah jalan dan kita pagi-pagi sudah kelelahan mendorong motor atau mobil untuk mencari bengkel terdekat.

Ada juga beberapa alasan yang kita anggap masuk akal tapi karena keseringan maka bos tidak mentolerir alasan kita seperti bangun kesiangan karena begadang yang tidak jelas, tertimpa macet apalagi kalau sampai macet padat merayap atau terlambat karena masih bingung cari sarapan. he he, ada ada saja.

Mari kita biasakan diri untuk bisa masuk kantor tepat waktu dan tidak dicap sebagai pemilik jam karet oleh bos. Berikut kiat-kiatnya agar bisa berangkat kerja lebih santai dan masuk kantor tidak telat lagi.

1. Jangan suka begadang dan biasakan tidur tepat waktu dan cukup istirahat.
Slogan ini terdengar indah tapi susah di amalkan. Tidur tepat waktu bukan berarti harus tidur awal. Maksudnya tidur tepat waktu adalah, kalau memang kebiasaanmu tidur jam 10 malem dan itu sudah terasa cukup dan tidak mengganggu aktifitasmu, maka segera ambil bantal dan berdoa untuk segera istirahat.
Yang satu ini memang banyak godaan sehingga sulit kita praktekkan. Godaan yang dimaksud seperti acara tv yang bagus dan nanggung kalau gak diteruskan nonton, terganggu tetangga sebelah bertengkar dan berteriak-teriak, atau terganggu suara kucing yang sibuk kejar-kejaran dengan tikus. Hal-hal tersebut terkadang menghambat kita untuk melakukan tindakan tidur tepat waktu.

2. Pasang Alarm dan bangun tepat waktu
Yang satu ini bukan berarti bangun terlalu pagi atau kepagian tapi yang jelas tepat waktu . Bangun tepat waktu itu lebih efektif dibanding bangun lebih pagi. Bayangkan saja, kita kerja jam 8 pagi terus kita bangunnya jam 3 pagi sementara untuk berbenah dan perjalanan ke tempat kerja cuma butuh 2 jam. Mau ngapain ya bangun jam 3 ? Dan yang mengetahui kapan tepatnya kita bangun adalah hanya diri kita sendiri karena tiap individu berbeda-beda kegiatannya.
Terus kalau alarm sudah memanggil kita maka jangan segera dimatikan. Untuk solusi yang satu ini kita bisa menaruh alarm di tempat yang lumayan jauh dengan posisi kita tidur, seperti di atas lemari atau atas TV sehingga saat kita mau mematikan alarm kita harus berjalan terlebih dahulu.

3. Jangan lupa cek kendaraan sebelum berangkat.
Jika kamu berangkat kerja menggunakan transportasi pribadi, misalnya motor atau mobil pribadi maka periksalah kendaraanmu tersebut mulai dari ban, rem, spion dan tentunya kelengkapan berkendaraanmu. Jangan sampai kita terlambat kerja gara-gara ban kita kempes atau tiba-tiba spion kita jatuh di jalanan.
Jika kamu memanfaatkan transportasi umum sebagai alat menuju tempat kerjamu, maka kamu gak perlu repot-repot melakukan hal tersebut di atas.

4. Berangkat 10 menit lebih awal dari waktu perjalanan yang diperlukan dan cek kelengkapan kerja.
Ini tak kalah pentingnya, jika untuk perjalanan ke tempat kerja kita memerlukan waktu 30 menit maka kita berangkat 45menit sebelumnya / 10 menit lebih awal dengan maksud agar supaya biar kalau ada apa-apa di jalan kita masih mempunyai toleransi waktu 10 menit.

Semua kiat-kiat diatas semoga bukan hanya saran kosong yang hanya kita baca, tapi lebih dari itu bisa segera kita praktekkan dalam kehidupan nyata di setiap pagi indah yang kita lalui tiap hari. Salam Sukses dan Tidak terlambat lagi..

5. Mengajukan pertanyaan untuk menemukan pemikiran dan perasaan orang lain
6. Menghargai hak orang lain
7. Mengkomunikasikan sikap saling menghargai pada saat kebutuhan dari dua orang sedang bertentangan, dan mencari penyelesaian yang dapat    diterima kedua belah pihak

Sedangkan orang yang tegas dan percaya diri secara Non-verbal :
1. Akan melakukan kontak mata yang intens dan pantas
2. Bila duduk atau berdiri maka dengan posisi tegak dan santai
3. Dalam bersikap terbuka dan mendukung komentar mereka
4. Bila berbicara dengan tekanan yang jelas, mantap dan tegas
5. Mempunyai ekspresi wajah santai, tersenyum ketika merasa senang
6. Berbicara dengan mantap, teratur menekankan kata-kata kunci
