Siapkan baju kerja sebelum tidur, masukkan dokumen yang harus dibawa ke dalam tas malam sebelumnya. Dengan demikian pagi hari tidak Anda habiskan untuk menyiapkan hal-hal yang emergency. Anda bisa berangkat ke kantor lebih pagi sehingga cap "karyawan terlambat" tak melekat lagi pada diri Anda.
2. Masih Suka Menunda Pekerjaan
Mungkin Anda beralasan bahwa keterlambatan Anda dalam membuat proposal yang jadi tugas Anda adalah karena pimpinan sendiri belum menjawab memo permohonan Anda, atau Anda belum bisa mengerjakan laporan karena komputer Anda selalu ngadat.
Jika memang Anda punya kendala mengatur jadwal kerja Anda, buat perencanaan untuk setiap hari kerja. Bagi tugas-tugas Anda ke bentuk langkah yang lebih kecil, sehingga Anda tidak merasa mempunyai beban yang banyak.
Dengan membuat rutinitas diri seperti ini akan membantu Anda menata waktu sendiri. Jika Anda merasa seringkali seluruh waktu habis terbuang dalam rapat dan masalah orang lain, cobalah mulai menyeleksi rapat apa saja yang perlu dihadiri dan buat jadwal ulang. 3. Suka Mencuri Waktu

Menggunakan surat ijin dokter setiap minggunya untuk alasan ketidakhadiran Anda, memang manjur diawal-awal. Namun dalam waktu 6 bulan, catatan kesehatan ini akan menimbulkan banyak pertanyaan tentang produktivitas Anda.
Cermati dan dengarkan tubuh Anda dan lihat bagaimana dia menyesuaikan diri pada pekerjaan. Jika Anda merasa bahwa pekerjaan tersebut membuat Anda sering sakit dan merasa tegang serta nervous, mungkin ini pertanda bahwa pekerjaan tersebut tidak sesuai dengan kepribadian Anda. Jadi , jangan gunakan alasan "sakit" untuk menghindarinya. 5. Memiliki Gelar Si Mulut Ember
Harus Anda sadari informasi istimewa dan rahasia sebenarnya hanya untuk orang tertentu saja. Jika informasi ini jatuh ke tangan yang salah apalagi perusahaan saingan, dapat membuat perusahaan Anda berada pada posisi tidak menguntungkan. Mungkin maksud semula hanya untuk menyombongkan diri dan berbangga, tapi hal ini jadi mimpi buruk saat perusahaan Anda menjual produk terebut ke pasaran ternyata perusahaan saingan menjual model yang sama dengan banyak keunggulan lainnya. Alhasil pasar pun mengabaikan produk Anda. 6. Suka Usil Gosipin Teman
Mungkin beberapa dari Anda sangat senang bergosip dan saling menukar cerita tentang siapa dan apa yang terjadi pada lingkungan kita. Namun cobalah bayangkan, perasaan Anda jika Anda duduk di meja makan dalam kantin, kemudian orang di belakang meja Anda bergosip bahwa Anda selalu bertengkar dengan pacar Anda ditelepon, atau Anda habis dimarahi pimpinan. Tak enak, bukan? 7. Tutup Mulut Soal Keluhan dan Lanjutkan Bekerja
Ketika pekerjaan tldak berjalan dengan semestinya, secara alami kita akan merasa frustasi dan mungkin membutuhkan tempat untuk melepaskan unek-unek yang terpendam. Tetapi Anda harus hati-hati, siapa yang mendengarkan 'ketidakbahagiaan' Anda ini .
Sesungguhnya bukan cara yang tepat untuk memperlihatkan pada pimpinan tentang ketidakbahagiaan Anda. Pimpinan belum tentu mengerti bahwa sesungguhnya Anda sedang mencari cara lain yang lebih bagus dalam melakukan pekerjaan Anda.
Alernatifnya, Anda dapat menghadapi perkembangan di pekerjaan dengan tetap menjaga pimpinan Anda melihat prospek pada diri Anda. Jika Anda menjumpai masalah, jangan duduk dan hanya ngedumel, tanyakan pada orang lain, teman kerja misalnya, untuk minta saran atau bantuan. Dengan demikian, pimpinan akan melihat Anda giat untuk belajar dan meningkatkan diri. 8. Phobia Melakukan Kesalahan
Dari semua kebiasaan buruk, yang paling buruk adalah merendahkan kemampuan diri sendiri. Karena takut berbuat salah, akibatnya Anda hanya terpaku pada pekerjaan yang familiar dan nyaman saja. Hal ini sebenarnya bisa menghambat potensi Anda. Sadarilah bahwa tidak ada yang pasti dan absolut dalam melakukan sesuatu.
