1. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop new business opportunities in PNG, South Pacific Island, India and Middle East Trade Lane.
  • Identify, collate, research, analyze and report on sales figures, lead conversation, client retention and new business.
  • Meet and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Ability to successfully complete the sales process and aid the division's growth.
  • Establishing specific client needs and proposing highly effective and tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the operations team to implement the services efficiently and maintain ongoing account management for your clients
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the Shipping line/agency, International Logistics, or Resources sector in a sales capacity.
  • A strong understanding of Shipping & Container Industry is essential.
  • Excellent in English both spoken and written
  • A willingness to travel for Business (National / International) when required.
  • Ability to build and grow effective, long lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ability to meet targets and KPI's.
  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a good level of analytical ability
  • Strong track record in customer service, handling enquiries and complaints.
2. Customer Service Supervisor/Manager (Freight Forwarding)
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively Manage a team of CS specialists
  • Implementation of SOP / any specific customer requirements and ensure that we fully comply and avoid any possible service failure
  • Working closely with related team - internal and overseas colleague for problem solving and working on alternative solution in order to settle complaint / claim and fulfill customer requirement
  • Build and maintain good relationships with any necessary relevant institutions and or organizations that relevant to support the business
  • Maintain contact with overseas offices to verify term of trade, nominated shipment, shipping/airline schedule & Documents
  • Ensure the achievement of customer service business targets and KPIs.
  • · Monitoring performance from each team member and ensure that each team member doing their job properly and able to perform their task and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Actively gather input from customer on their expectation and ensure that CS team able to fulfill their requirement
  • Continuously evaluate working process and working on improvement to ensure CS team able to perform their task efficiently and effectively
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

  • Coordinating General ledger reconciliations
  • Managing yearly tax/audit preparation
  • Managing AP and AR reports preparation and its tracking
  • Cash flow management
  • Managing Accounting Reports preparation
  • Accounting Compliance
Requirements:
  • 2 – 3 years experience in similar position
  • Experience in the freight forwarding, shipping and/or airline industry is a must
  • Strong proficiency in English is a must
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Possesses problem identification and solving skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and positive attitude in meeting agreed objectives/targets and KPI's.
