  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

1. Cashier
  • Understand the duties of cashier
  • Able to use the EDC (Electronic Data Capturer
  • Honest, hardworking, attractive appearance
  • Female, age min 20 years, max 27 years
  • Education S1
  • Min 1 year experience in retail as a Cashier
  • Computer literate
  • Having min height 160 cm
  • Can work in team and individual
  • Language skills: Bahasa Indonesian.
  • Able to operate computer (MS Office)
2. Recruitment Specialist
  • Responsible for looking for a reliable workforce in accordance with the competencies required
  • Age : about 29 - 35 years old
  • Sex : preferably FEMALE
  • Education : S1 Psychology (profession graduate preferably)
  • Experience : about 3 years in recruitment matters, especially in retail indsutry
  • Preferably having knowledge in competency based human resources development (CBHRM)
  • Having a good experiences on conducting pychological test or assesment by behavior event interview methods, especially for retail industry
  • Able to speak and write in English is an added value and computer literate is a must
  • Good in characteristic competency (communication skill, achievement motivation, honestly, open mind and self starter).
  • Good performance in Individual Contributor function (team work oriented, self- driven, able to perform under pressure, proactive and highly motivated individual)
